Stage II: The Cruise Phase

Alternating days that involve pure protein and days that involve protein and vegetables,this allows you to eat large portions if you choose without adding more pounds to the scale. However you will not lose weight just as quick as you did in the first phase, but you will continue to slim down as you head towards your ideal weight.
Stage III: The Consolidation Phase
This stage begins as soon as you’ve obtained your ideal weight. This maintains your new ideal weight permanently. Your weight loss journey is over but no weight will return if you follow the guidelines. Pastas and cheese are not a problem in this phase,and during this time period,the dieting person can enjoy two “whatever you would like” meals per week as a reward. To determine the time period of this stage involves taking each pound you have lost during the two phases and multiplying it by five. The formula looks like this. Pounds lost x 5 days= total stage days.
Stage IV: The Stability Phase
After reaching your goal and obtaining your ideal weight, you must follow a couple of guidelines. Once a week you must consume nothing but protein such as in the Attack Phase. Secondly,you must consume oat bran daily. Lastly you must drink at least 1.5 liters of water daily. Following those guidelines you should be able to maintain your ideal weight. If you walk daily,you shouldn’t have to spend several hours at a gym.
